Professional Development:

 

  1. What’s RIGHT with You?
    The pivot to focus on/amplify strengths, then transfer/translate those skills to apply support both for ourselves and our students.

    We all teach this curriculum by our behavior. Peace of mind is not the result of circumstances we control.

    A discussion on curriculum, connection, care and concern.

     

  6. The Onion
    This is a PD that has a few layers. Separate workshop for Admin, then faculty, then staff, then a collective workshop. Optimal for two-days but could be done in two 1/2 day sessions.

     

  7. Technology
    Our favorite annoyance - This is a PD for tech dev and synchronicity of communication within your school.

     

    • Options for tech PD
       

    1. Single or multiple days training -  revisiting comm flow for who organization, addressing any inefficiencies etc.
       

    2. Comprehensive in-house assessment of all portals/sites/CRM to verify design is effective in triggering optimal communication, efficient action triggers and proactive care.

    •  consult with recommendations for streamlining tech and project management, student care to result in the most effective systems that deliver and protect everyone’s time/energy.

    • training for any new tech or systems/comm flow.

    • follow up eval at end-of semester to continue adjustments/improvements

    • on-going or as needed/requeste
